RaiseYou Academy offers private and group tutoring sessions in Math and Science for students aged 8 to 14. Sessions may be conducted online or in-person, depending on availability and preference.

  • Be respectful to our tutors and staff
  • Ensure your child attends sessions on time
  • Maintain a stable internet connection (for online sessions)

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All program fees must be paid in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the class begins.
  • Missed sessions will not be reimbursed unless due to technical issues or tutor unavailability.

4. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, videos, worksheets, and resources provided are the intellectual property of RaiseYou Academy. You agree not to reproduce, share, or sell any of our content without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe and encouraging environment for learning. RaiseYou Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Disruptive behavior
  • Harassment or misuse of resources
  • Non-compliance with rules

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled if the tutor is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
  • In case of emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Academy.

7. Limitation of Liability

RaiseYou Academy is not responsible for any technical difficulties, internet issues, or external disruptions that may affect learning. Our goal is to offer the best possible learning experience, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Privacy Policy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the way we collect and use your data.
